What we collect
We collect the email address you register with, an optional display name, your timezone, the consents you record at signup, and any lottery data you choose to save such as number combinations, tickets and spending entries.
Why we collect it
Your data is used to operate your account, show your saved combinations and tickets, produce your personal spending summaries, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.
How it is protected
Data is stored in an access-controlled database. Row-level security rules restrict every record to the account that owns it, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
Marketing
Marketing email is opt-in only. You can change your preference at any time from your profile page.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from your profile page or by writing to support@lottowise.ai. Deleting your account permanently removes your saved combinations, tickets and spending records.
Children
Lot9ja is not intended for anyone below the legal lottery-playing age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly hold data belonging to minors.
