Data deletion request
You can ask Ubora One Limited to delete your Lot9ja account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
Signed-in members can request deletion directly from account settings, which records the request immediately and confirms by email.
Open account settingsSend the request from the email address on the account so we can verify ownership. We never action a deletion request we cannot verify.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in credentials and profile details.
- Saved combinations, logged tickets, reminders and spending records.
- Notification preferences, inbox messages and message history.
What is retained
Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you, plus limited billing, consent and security audit records that Ubora One Limited must keep to meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations. These are retained no longer than required.
Timelines
We acknowledge requests within 5 working days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. Active paid subscriptions are cancelled as part of the process; see the subscription policy for refund rules, and the privacy policy for your other data rights.
